Tianshui test center station for machine tool electrical appliances of the Ministry of mechanical industry (the first batch of test center stations approved by the former Ministry of machinery industry, hereinafter referred to as the test station), was established in 1979 under the guidance of the former General Bureau of machine tool tools of the first Ministry of machine tool and Chengdu Machine Tool Electrical Research Institute. It is one of the first batch of electrical equipment testing and testing stations which have passed the ministry level acceptance in China, and now it belongs to Tianshui 213 Electrical Apparatus Group Co., Ltd.

According to the new national and industrial standards, advanced testing technology and testing equipment have been introduced to the test station after several technical transformations during the Eighth Five Year Plan period. The test accuracy, test efficiency and data processing ability of the test station have been greatly improved, and the test and detection level has been improved qualitatively.

According to the development of enterprise products and the needs of customers, the test station cooperates with Shanghai Electric Science Research Institute and Hebei University of technology to add new reliability test projects. The test station will be built into a low-voltage electrical equipment reliability test base, providing a reliability test platform for low-voltage electrical appliances, so as to improve the reliability performance of low-voltage electrical appliances.

After years of accumulation and development, the test station has a variety of test equipment with different detection items. It can carry out the action range test, temperature rise test, dielectric performance test, making and breaking capacity test, protection grade test of electrical shell, anti abnormal fire test and mechanical performance of terminal block for contactor, relay, circuit breaker, master switch and other low-voltage electrical products Test, moisture resistance test and other tests; and can carry out electrical life, mechanical life and other special test items.

Since the establishment of the test station, it has been keeping up with the development needs of domestic low-voltage electrical appliances, and has carried out new test projects to serve the R & D and finalization of low-voltage electrical appliances. In order to promote the development of the enterprise and the progress of the industry, the test station will continuously improve the test methods and carry out new test projects according to the development of low-voltage electrical appliances, so that the research and development of low-voltage products can be carried out smoothly and the product quality can be guaranteed.
